AccountAbility is special tax software that Ros and Carla receive and install at the end of each year.

Previous years' AccountAbility software and data are kept on their separate shared S: drives.

Bonnie's is only shared with Krystal and Brenda's is only shared with Cindy, and Carla is able to walk them through setting up shortcuts to their previous years' data.
